I think such a map would be quite helpful on a the card. There is interest of a personal maps. See the site ipodsubwaymaps,com. Bart even distributes a digital version of the map for the ipod. While many riders do have an ipod, _every_ rider has a ticket.

When I pointed it out to the older Japanese man sitting next to me (decked out in plush hello kitty slippers) he went wild, yelling excitedly to his wife across the isle.
