Had a few friends over for games on Saturday afternoon. Then the non-gamers came over and joined us for dinner of hot pot in the evening. Satisfying day.

Matthew Webb (mtwebb) > Learning to play Mach and Tracy's recently acquired game, Dominion. It proved to be the clear favorite of the day, drawing in both the gamers and the non-gamers.

Matthew Webb (mtwebb) > As evening approached we had enough people for two games. It worked out rather well; the people who learned Dominion earlier taught the new arrivals and remainder played power grid (thanks to Mach for reading the instructions earlier)

Matthew Webb (mtwebb) > Games are over. Time to eat! Thanks to Jennifer, Mimi, Tracy, Tom, Ernesto, Emery for putting together a feast. I'm glad we ended up with three hotpots, we needed them.

Matthew Webb (mtwebb) > We finished the night off with a pair of games of loup-garou. My instincts did not serve me well at all; I had no idea which of use was the werewolf. Fun fun.
